Welcome to Cocon des Confins, an exceptional luxury chalet, resulting from the rehabilitation of an old Savoyard farmhouse undertaken in 2018. Nestled halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley, 3 km from the slopes and the village, this chalet with authentic charm offers breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif, south-facing.
Able to accommodate up to 14 people, it spreads over several levels and subtly blends Savoyard tradition and modernity for a unique stay experience with family or friends.
Level 1 - Ground floor:
- Living space (over 60 m²) with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and bar area, dining area with large table for 14 people, lounge area with sofas, armchairs, poufs and benches, and fireplace (wood provided)
- Bay windows offering natural light throughout the day and mountain views
- Loggia terrace (18 m²) south-facing with breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range
- Balcony (15 m²)
- Outdoor bubble sauna accessible from the living space
- Double bedroom (23 m²): double bed (160×200), bathroom with double sink, separate WC
- Double bedroom (20 m²): double bed (160×200), bathroom with double sink, separate WC
- Double bedroom (15 m²): double bed (160×200) or twin beds (80×200), shower room, separate WC (outside the bedroom)
