In compliance with that established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we hereby inform you that all personal data and information that you provide us with upon the completion of any electronic form available on the website ("Data") will be incorporated into a personal data file that is the property of Rinconrent. The reason for processing the Data is to process your request. The questions included in each of the forms are voluntary, with the exception of those marked by an asterisk (*), which are obligatory. In cases where obligatory questions are not answered, Rinconrent reserves the right not to process incomplete requests.

In some forms, we ask for your express permission to send you commercial communications via any media, including email or similar electronic forms of communication, in conformance with that set out in Article 21 of the Law on Internet Society and E-Commerce Services (LSSI).
4. SECURITY MEASURES
Rinconrent adopts the levels of security required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing the Law on the Protection of Persona Data, adapted to the nature of the data, which is processed at any given time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical safety in a medium such as the internet is not unassailable and harmful actions by third parties may still occur even in spite of the fact that Rinconrent has used all available means to prevent such actions.
5. ARCO RIGHTS
The user can exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) under the terms of current law by sending a written letter to Dpto. de Protección de Datos y Privacidad de Rinconrent, Centro Idea, Crtr de Mijas km 3.6, 29650 Mijas (Málaga), Spain, or by sending an email to info@rinconrent.com, indicating their name and surname in either case and attaching a supporting identification document.
