The house is surrounded by a very large and private garden.
This cottage is ideally designed and propose 180m2 on 3 different levels. 2 rooms on the garden floor and 3 rooms with AC on the first level.

- Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz
- Adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)
Winter activities :
- Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby

The amenities are amazing! You get excited to cook in this stylish modern and full equipped kitchen <333 The place is full of play games and activities for kids and adults. The area of the house is perfect to house 2-3 familiesone big family Would definitely recommend this place. One downfall is that the house is on the edge of a mountain so going up the mountain with the car in narrow street might be challenging for inexperienced drivers in such mountains roads and maps might lead you to extra narrow street as well so you would need to follow your hunch e.g., map lead us to a road that is blocked by a car (maybe it’s that house own passageway) so we had to go around that house. But still we were excited to get home everyday and enjoy our breakfast and evening there - Airbnb July 2019
