A deposit of 3 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

About Sevrier:

The Elegantissime Villa is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier
Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)

"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.

As for water sports, the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label
