Apartment in a unique little residence on Lake Annecy.
This recent tourist residence in Duingt, with around 50 units spread over two floors, boasts privileged access to the lake, thanks in particular to its private beach.
2 very pleasant restaurants on site: Wakpala (open in summer) and BEC (open all year).
Numerous water sports are available on site: paddle, kayak, wake and water-ski.
This 344 sq.f garden-level apartment offers unique access to the lake, just 40m away on foot, and a superb view of the mountains and Duingt castle.
Facing EAST, the garden enjoys sunshine all morning. Enjoy sunny days on the terrace, complete with garden furniture.
"BAIE DES VOILES - #10 Grand Studio rez de jardin" property is composed as follows :
- Mountain-style living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, chopping board, toaster, Senseo coffee machine...), dining table for 4.
- Sitting area with sofa bed for 3rd person

Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "BAIE DES VOILES - #10 Grand Studio rez de jardin" with care.
This vacation rental has adopted additional measures to get the Sustonica label for environmental sustainability.
A deposit of 800€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

About Duingt....
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt few meters away from your apartment, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Wakpala on site for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.

We were met and taken to our garden flat, which was lovely. The location is out of this world ! Mayline was wonderful and available 24 seven. We relaxed and enjoyed our time at la baie de Voiles. We hope to return next year.

La Baie des Voiles is well situated with direct access to the lake and beautiful views. The studio is smaller than it looks in the photos and the kitchen area is over cluttered with appliances but otherwise it’s nicely decorated and furnished. Very gsee more
