Close to the village center and just minutes from the lake, this house is a true haven of peace for your family or friends' vacation!
High-end amenities included: private outdoor pool, modern and tasteful decoration, lake and mountain views, quality renovation preserving the charm of the building: the Tower!
Ideally located in Saint-Jorioz, you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning while having your breakfast on the terrace. But also cooler evenings, sipping a cocktail with family or friends while admiring the lake view. All thanks to its two terraces on either side of the house.
Villa de La Colombière property is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Entrance with storage closet
- 2 independent toilets
- Living room including a lounge area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime), a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, a wood stove, and a library, and a dining area with an extendable dining table
- Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob, stand mixer, refrigerator, freezer...) including a central island with sink and four high chairs
- Bedroom n°1: queen-size double bed (160x200cm) memory foam mattress, with its adjoining shower room and external access
- Bedroom n°2: queen-size double bed (160x200cm) with superb clear view of the garden and surrounding mountains
- Spacious shower room with a basin shared between Bedroom n°2 and Bedroom n°3
- Laundry room with washing machine, iron...
1st floor:
- Bedroom n°3: queen-size double bed (160x200cm) with chest of drawers and wardrobe
Outdoors:
- A terrace overlooking the lake and valley, overlooking the garden and outdoor pool
- Another terrace on the parking side, ideal during hot weather, with mountain views and coolness

The Villa is a 4-minute drive from Super U, the pharmacy, the florist, and the restaurants in the center of Saint-Jorioz. Less than 10 minutes by car from the Beach and the Pier of Saint-Jorioz. About 20 minutes from the center of Annecy.
Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "Villa La Colombiere" with care.
A deposit of 1 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

We had a wonderful stay. A fully equipped and furnished house for a family. We were able to enjoy the surrounding area even if our favourite activity was the swimming pool with the view! We'll be back with pleasure and can't wait!

Nous l’avons signalé à Mayline (la conciergerie) à la fin du séjour qui a dit qu’elle allait s’en occuper de suite. Merci à elle pour son efficacité et son professionnalisme.
