On the ground floor:
- Spacious living area with dining room for 5/6 people, lounge, open-plan kitchen and access to garden / terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, Senseo filter coffee machine and Espresso machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...
- Lounge with fireplace (usable in winter only) and Bose connected speaker
- Flowering garden and furnished terrace: dining table for 6 people, breakfast / aperitif area, table tennis table, parasol, awning
- Utility room with wardrobe, washing machine, clothes airer and raclette and fondue sets
- 1 independent toilet
On the first floor:
- TV lounge with desk for a work space + 1 single bed (90x200)
- Bedroom no. 1: Double bed 160x200 with wardrobe and balcony access
- Bedroom no. 2: 2 single beds 90x200 > which can be joined together to make a King Size double bed
- An Italian-style shower room with 2 sinks
- Wardrobe
All bedding is of superior quality.

Easy access to numerous activities in winter and summer as well as to the Semnoz, Clusaz, Grand Bornand ski stations, and also the 3 Valleys (Courchevel-Méribel-ValThorens).
A few useful clarifications:
A security deposit will be taken via bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our service provider's server SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting your bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, toilet paper rolls, etc.) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed (travel cot type) and a high chair upon request.
