Charming and welcoming house in the heart of Saint-Jorioz with a large garden and private parking spaces. You will enjoy its fully equipped amenities designed for a peaceful stay just a few steps away from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy.
The property "L'ombre des Fruitiers du Lac" is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Spacious living room with dining area for 5 people, lounge, open kitchen, and access to garden/terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, Senseo filter coffee machine and Espresso machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...
- Lounge with fireplace (usable only in winter) and Bose connected speaker
- Flowered garden and furnished terrace: dining table for 6, breakfast/aperitif corner, ping-pong table, parasol, awning
- Laundry room with wardrobe, washing machine, clothes drying rack, and raclette and fondue appliances.
- 1 separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- TV lounge with a desk for a workspace + 1 single bed (90x200)
- Bedroom #1: Double bed 160x200 with wardrobe and balcony access
- Bedroom #2: 2 single beds 90x200 which can be combined to make a King Size double bed
- Italian-style shower room with 2 sinks
- Wardrobe

A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.
