    Booking conditions

    From booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancelling the booking will have a penalty of 4% of the prepayment

    Cancellation policies

    In case of cancellation the following charges will apply

    From the booking date until 29 days before check-in 4% of the total prepayment amount
    From 28 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in 54% of the total rent
    From 14 days before until check-in 100% of the total rent
    No-show 100% of the total rent

    Additional notes

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
    • During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
    • Parking space on request.
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
    • VAT included in the accommodation price

    Amazing location with great views over the lake and mountains. Swimming just outside the private garden. The chalet is truly cosy and furthermore spotlessly clean. We were welcomed and guided when we had questions by the kind manager named Arnaud.

Sophie a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et je la remercie pour les bons plans sur place notamment cette petite station de ski familiale de Montmin qui se trouve à 15-20mn en voiture.     Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le chalet avec nos 4 enfants. Idéalement situé avec une superbe vue sur le lac et un accès à une baignade en face de la maison. Grand jardin et maison impeccable et bien équipée. Milles choses à faire autour du lac (rando, velo, bateau, parapente etc.. ). On recommande!
