Completely renovated, this 1076 sqf property is located on a fenced-in plot and will charm you with its character and prime location in a green area. The apartment is very quiet and independent, in a beautiful, sparsely inhabited family home.

"L'Ecrin Bleu" property is composed as follows:

- Large living room with lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Bedroom n°1, Le lac: 2 twin beds 80x190 with en-suite shower room and storage cupboard
- Bedroom n°2, L'olivier: 1 single bed 90x200 with access to terrace& garden with storage cupboard, changing table and storage cupboard
- Bedroom n°3, La fauvette: 1 bunk bed 90x200 with desk and storage cupboard + 1 additional single bed
- Separate bathroom with bath and laundry area (washing machine + tumble dryer)

- Garden (the right-hand side only is available to tenants, the swing may be used depending on the owners' occupancy)
- Terrace with charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area and sun loungers

Indoor and outdoor children's play equipment will be available to tenants!

Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "L'Ecrin Bleu" with care.

A deposit of 900€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

Winter activities :
Cross-country skiing or sledging in the family ski resort of the Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent the ski equipment in our partners shop in Sévrier (5mns away)
- Cross-country or skiing is also possible in the famous ski resort around Annecy, as La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns), Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (1 hour).
- Snowshoe tours on the Semnoz

About Saint-Jorioz….
The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the first highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.

Many activities are available both in the winter and summer seasons : sailing, tennis, roller skating, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, and cycling, as well as a fitness center with spa ultra-modern equipment ...
