This luxury apartment is located at the entrance of the old town, Marquisats sector.
Its ideal location is complemented by a unique view of Lake Annecy and the heights of Annecy.
The sun radiates all day thanks to a very sought-after crossing architecture.
The property 10th floor, Lake and Castle view is composed as follows:
- Spacious and bright living room: a sitting area with corner sofa overlooking the lake, a dining table seating up to 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, microwave, raclette machine, fondue machine...). Direct access to sunny terrace with magnificent panoramic view of Lake Annecy (garden furniture present: round table for 4 and outdoor seating area).
- 1 double bedroom with queensize bed (160x200), TV, speaker, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room with single sink
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190), storage cupboards, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room with single sink
- Both bedrooms have access to the terrace overlooking the Château d'Annecy (La Visitation).

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of participants registered; towels (2/person), dishcloths (2/kitchen), bath mats, as well as hospitality products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc…) are included in the service, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Nice outdoor deck , very modern throughout. Well equipped - good hot water and heat. (yes, there is an elevator). Very comfortable living room where you can lounge on the large couch and read a book, occastionally looking up to see the beautiful viewsee more

Very comfortable living room where you can lounge on the large couch and read a book, occastionally looking up to see the beautiful view in case you have some rainy days as we did in May. Easy walk to the lakeside and to the old town: restaurants, shoppinga boat tour. The apt. has parking on site which can be crowded on busy weekends but we found a spot. ( private access) The apartment is managed by a local management company. Our host on site (Cedric) was great - he even complimented our French. We'd love to come back. Cedric was the best. I wish to particularly compliment him for his kindness.

Kitchen had top of the line appliances We only made coffee and tea They had extras Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, spices … and gave us a bottle of wine! Plenty of towels and toilet paper, too. We never used the washer, but they had a unit. It looks far to the town but the hill is barely a hill and it’s a 4 minute walk into old town beautiful Annecy.You’re on the 10th floor so the hill just looks steep. The only issue is parking There’s no assigned spaces… so if you come after the work crowd it’s full and you have to park below. Looked like paid parking and it seemed to be always full. We arrived at noon and never moved the car. Noon since we paid for the night before. The place is top notch, quiet, good sleeping…. I’d stay there again. And, the place had easy access outlets!!

Great space to cook and relax, plus the balcony for meals outside. We used both bedrooms and were both really comfortable and had so much space. Very easy for parking too. Daphne our host was really helpful and made check in very easy. A great handbook in the apartment made everything clear with lots of suggestions for restaurants, great fresh bread and cycle hire/activities to do in the area. We’d return as soon as possible to enjoy Annecy again, it really is a wonderful place.

Le logement est d'autant plus appréciable que l'accès à la vieille ville d'Annecy est très rapide à pied, et qu'il y possibilité de se garer gratuitement sur place. La communication avec l'agence est très simple et efficace, merci encore à Cédric pour son accueil chaleureux. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande! |

Tous les éléments de confort évidement, une cuisine parfaitement équipée et une literie très confortable ! Not only was this place very clean and nice, but the views were insane. I showed up at night and was shocked in the morning, I forgot how beautiful it would be! The location is also perfect, 5 min walk to the cutest town. I did not want to leave, if I come back I would stay here again.
