Located on the ground floor of the only residence set on Lake Annecy, 220sqf studio offers a breathtaking view on the mountains and a perfect location.
This recent tourism residence, fifty units spread over two floors, has a privileged access to the lake and private parking. Many water sports are available: paddle, kayaking but also water ski and Wake board upon request. These activities are proposed on site by our local partner.
The studio has a beautiful sunshine throughout the day, which you can enjoy thanks to its terrace and private garden..
It is fully equipped: kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven combined microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cutting board, toaster.
Good quality sofa bed (160cmx190cm).
The independent bathroom is equipped with a shower adapted for people with reduced mobility.
A private parking lot is available to the residence's clients. In case of need, if there isn't any more space, you will find 2 public parking lots near the residence.
Completely renovated and equipped with all comfort necessary, its exposure is very pleasant ....... from the studio, you can see the famous sunset on lake Annecy .....
Secure bicycle storage and private parking are available.

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.
A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveler by email inviting him to check-in online and inform the agency of his arrival time, inform his identity and that of the people accompanying him...

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Wakpala, Bec for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
